Personal confirmation is part of every request. No payment is taken on this website.
1. Choose and review
Select products, sizes and quantities. Your basket shows a product subtotal in South African rand. This is not the final amount payable: delivery and any other agreed arrangements still need confirmation.
2. Prepare your request
Enter your name, a fulfilment preference and an optional short note. A delivery request asks only for a town or suburb and postal code at this stage. Do not enter medical information, payment details or a full street address.
Review the complete message, then open it in WhatsApp. You must press Send there. Opening WhatsApp alone is not evidence that Rooted received a request.
3. Confirm with Shamilla
Rooted confirms availability, delivery or collection arrangements, the final total and how to pay. A basket is not an inventory reservation. Do not make payment based only on a website subtotal.
Fulfilment details awaiting approval
Delivery areas, fees, lead times, collection arrangements and payment methods have not been supplied. No collection address or free-delivery promise is being made. “Arrange with Rooted” is available without assuming either delivery or collection.
After your request
The website keeps the basket until you edit or remove its items. It cannot track message delivery, payment or order status. For updates, follow up in your conversation with Rooted.
