These terms describe Rooted's current request process. Personal confirmation remains part of every order.
Current product information
The current shop lists Rooted's available handmade soaps, including the product photographs, ingredients, 100 g sizes and prices supplied by Rooted. Availability is confirmed before fulfilment.
Requests, not completed purchases
A basket, prepared message or opened WhatsApp link does not create a confirmed order or reserve stock. Rooted must personally confirm availability, fulfilment, final amount and payment arrangements. No online payment is processed here.
Product information
Descriptions, ingredients, directions and cautions must be checked against the actual product before launch. General educational material is not medical advice or a guarantee of suitability. Product consultations are informational, not diagnosis or treatment.
Policies still to be completed
The owner must provide the legal business identity and contact information, final pricing and any applicable tax treatment, fulfilment commitments, payment arrangements, cancellation and returns processes, complaint handling and any other required disclosures.
